Our client’s two ex-girlfriends were riding in a car together. Our client spotted them and an argument ensued. The two women reported that our client then threw bricks, rocks, and a tire iron at them. As they were driving away, some of the objects struck them and their car. The women had injuries that corroborated their story. In addition to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, our client was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250. Both charges were dismissed prior to trial.
